Notice Inviting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) for Project Manager

Note: The JPA has had an update to the RFQ document. The change took place on page 13, XII.REQUIRED SERVICES CRITERIA, Section B. Award of Contract, first paragraph. The text now reads: “ It is expected that the JPA Board will ratify the contract at its meeting on June 8, 2012.” The link below has the updated document.

The Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority (JPA) is seeking to hire experts, knowledgeable in the area of Project Manager Services.

Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 2:30 p.m., April 20, 2012.

The JPA will accept written questions related to this RFQ through Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Questions may be provided to keenp@connectorjpa.net. Responses to written questions will be provided to all confirmed proposers of this RFQ via e-mail.

Notice Inviting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) for Traffic Engineering

The Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority (JPA) is seeking to hire experts, knowledgeable in the area of Traffic Engineering Services.

Qualified organizations are invited to submit six (6) written copies of a statement as described in Section X. Proposal Content and Format. Statements are to be addressed to Tom Zlotkowski, Executive Director, Capital SouthEast Connector JPA, 10640 Mather Blvd, Suite 120. Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 2:30 p.m., April 6, 2012.

Final Program Environmental Impact Report Now Available

The Notice of Availability of the Revised Final Program EIR is now available for the Capital SouthEast Connector. The Responses to Comments on the revised Draft PEIR Chapters 16 and 18 (circulated December 2011) and the original Draft PEIR (circulated March 2011) for the Capital SouthEast Connector Project are now available. Members of the public and agencies are welcome to attend the next scheduled Connector JPA Board Meeting on Wednesday, March 7 at 8:30 a.m. at Rancho Cordova City Hall, 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, California. The certification of the PEIR and adoption of the proposed general alignment is anticipated to take place at the March Connector JPA Board Meeting.
