The Capital SouthEast Connector Authority (JPA) is requesting proposals for the services of Public Outreach, Advocacy Development, Strategic Visioning Plan, Ongoing Website Management and Social Media Services.

The full content of the RFP is currently available through the JPA web site located at www.connectorjpa.net (click on the link below).  Prospective proposers obtaining any information through the JPA web site and anticipating submitting a proposal are asked to send an e-mail confirmation to keenp@connectorjpa.net so that the firm can be added to the notification list to directly receive any addendums, changes or responses to written questions byDecember 12, 2011.

Five (5) copies of the Proposal shall be delivered to the JPA office identified below no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011.

Question:  Under Item E. Measurement and Value Assessment, the last bullet states “successful grant acquisitions.” Can you please elaborate on what you are looking for under this heading?
Answer: The effectiveness of the outreach consultant assistance in the overall strategy in applying for and receiving various grants that may become available during the term of the engagement.
