The Four Seasons Civic League has asked the JPA to move its public meeting on the PEIR to a location that would be closer to the area in El Dorado Hills that would be most impacted by this highway.
We were flatly refused by the JPA Board and the JPA Directior . The location selected for the public meeting is located in an area that lacks adequate parking and the school buildings lack identification making the meeting place difficult to find .
There are 4 schools and other sites that can be used for this meeting along Silva Valley Road /White Rock Road .
Has the JPA selected this location to keep participation low ?
